SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Processing Time (Made to Order)
    All products are made to order. We typically process and prepare orders within 2–5 business days before shipping.
  2. Shipping & Delivery Times
    Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and seasonal demand. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.
    🇩🇪 Germany: 5–10 business days total
    🇪🇺 EU: 7–15 business days total
    🌍 International: 10–20 business days total
  3. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
  4. Shipping Partners
    We use various shipping carriers (including DPD, DHL, and others). The carrier is selected based on the destination to ensure the most reliable delivery.
  5. Tracking
    After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
  6. Customs & Import Duties
    For international orders outside the EU, customs or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot estimate or control these additional charges.
  7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at support@garlikgoods.de with photos. For shipments that appear lost, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
