Processing Time (Made to Order)
All products are made to order. We typically process and prepare orders within 2–5 business days before shipping. -
Shipping & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and seasonal demand. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.
🇩🇪 Germany: 5–10 business days total
🇪🇺 EU: 7–15 business days total
🌍 International: 10–20 business days total -
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. -
Shipping Partners
We use various shipping carriers (including DPD, DHL, and others). The carrier is selected based on the destination to ensure the most reliable delivery. -
Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. -
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders outside the EU, customs or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot estimate or control these additional charges. -
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at support@garlikgoods.de with photos. For shipments that appear lost, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
