30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return
- Contact us at support@garlikgoods.de within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us in its original condition
- Refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
Warranty for Defective Goods
Your statutory warranty rights (Gewährleistung) remain unaffected. In the event of defective or damaged goods, you are entitled to a free replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@garlikgoods.de with photos of the defect.
Warranty Scope
- Print defects (color deviation, printing errors, peeling)
- Material defects (holes, tears, manufacturing errors)
- Shipping damage (items damaged in transit)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.
Note on Print-on-Demand
Our products are individually manufactured to order (print-on-demand). While German law (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB) would allow the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for made-to-order products, we voluntarily offer the above 30-day return policy for your peace of mind.
