How does print-on-demand work at Garlik Goods?
All our T-shirts are made to order. After you place your order, the Gildan 64000 Softstyle T-shirt is printed for you and dispatched.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time is added afterwards — delivery to Germany typically takes 5–10 business days in total (production + shipping).
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because each T-shirt is produced individually for you, cancellations or changes are unfortunately no longer possible once production has started. If you have only just placed the order, contact us as soon as possible at support@garlikgoods.de — we will try to help while production has not yet begun.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Germany, all EU countries and many other countries worldwide. The exact shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on your region.
How long does delivery take?
After production (2–5 business days), shipping takes an additional:
🇩🇪 Germany: 3–5 business days
🇪🇺 EU countries: 5–10 business days
🌍 International: 7–15 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your region and are clearly shown at checkout. Shipping to Germany starts at a few euros — with no hidden fees. We occasionally offer free shipping above a certain order value.
↩️ Returns & complaints
Can I return products?
Under our Return & Refund Policy, you can return unworn, unwashed and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. For a refund or exchange, contact us at support@garlikgoods.de. See the policy for the full conditions and return instructions.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or has a printing defect?
If your T-shirt has a printing defect or shipping damage, contact us within 14 days at support@garlikgoods.de with a photo of the damage. We will send you a replacement free of charge — there is no need to return the defective shirt.
👕 Products & materials
What materials are the T-shirts made from?
We use the Gildan 64000 Softstyle Unisex T-shirt made from 100% ring-spun cotton, except Sport Grey and Dark Heather. Sport Grey contains 90% cotton and 10% polyester; Dark Heather contains 35% cotton and 65% polyester. Fabric weight: 153 g/m².
How should I care for my T-shirt?
To help the print last, we recommend washing inside out at a maximum of 30°C, avoiding bleach and tumble drying, and not ironing directly on the print. This helps keep the colours and design looking like new for longer.
